Customer Care
We have built our reputation on good customer care. We want you to enjoy your purchase and the quality of our products. We offer a one year guarantee on all our jewellery, whether new or second-hand and in addition to your statutory rights we give you seven days to return any item for a full refund or within 14 days for an exchange, provided that it is returned in the same condition with your receipt and any additional guarantee, box etc. Such refund will be for the same method of payment - e.g. cash payment - cash refund, credit/debit card epos refund. For payment by cheque a period of 10 days must elapse before a refund can be made. Exclusions: For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange any body jewellery such as earrings, unless they are faulty. Items made to your size or specification, or special orders do not apply to the exchange or refund guarantee unless they are faulty.
If for any reason you have cause to complain, the director or manager will do their best to resolve things. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, service or repair.
